Well Water Information

Each homesite will require a water well and septic system. These are not included with the land purchase and are the homeowner's responsibility. We have 2 levels of water at Outpost Ranches. The Ogallala, a source with approximately 300 foot wells, and the Santa Rosa, with approximately 500 foot wells. Some lots have an Ogallala formation and most have a stronger Santa Rosa formation. Lots have been priced assuming you are going to the deeper water. Contact your choice of water well contractors for information on water in this area and all aspects of well pumps.

Septic Information

Contact your choice of septic system installation contractors. Many water wll companies may subcontract septic systems also.

Schools

Children living in Outpost Ranches will be given the opportunity to attend schools in the highly-rated Bushland Independent School District
